E Lighting has been awarded the "Hong Kong Top Service Brand" by the Hong Kong Brand Development Council and the Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong.

The Hong Kong Top Service Brand Awards aim to give recognition to outstanding brands established by Hong Kong companies, to encourage local enterprises to pursue excellence, to promote Hong Kong products and services, and to enhance the profile of Hong Kong industries both locally and internationally. Entrants have to go through a rigorous and comprehensive vetting process that combines “Panel Review”,“Public Polling” and “On-site Assessment”; and the judging is primarily based on six criteria, namely “Reputation (Hong Kong, Mainland China and Overseas)”, “Distinctiveness”,“Innovation”,“Quality”,“Image”, as well as “Environmental Performance, Social Responsibility and Corporate Governance”. The Organisers have also introduced a licensing system, i.e. “Hong Kong Top Brand Mark (TOP Mark) Scheme” to assess and recognise the continued development of the Awardees.

E Lighting was awarded the Good Employer Charter 2024 logo. The "Good Employer Charter" 2024, organized by the Labour Department. It adopts employee-centric and progressive human resource management measures. The charter encourages the establishment of appropriate family-friendly employment policies to accommodate employees' various family responsibilities, helping them balance work and family. Employers are assessed based on these criteria to create a harmonious and family-friendly workplace, with qualifying units receiving recognition.

The prize presentation ceremony of the "2017/18 Family-Friendly Employers Award Scheme” was on 8 December 2018. The assessment panel of "Family-Friendly Employers Award” comprising experts and representatives from various sectors assessed the applications and selected the awardees with reference to their family-friendly practices and policies, benefits of implementing those practices to employers and employees, as well as the rationale behind the implementation and management commitment, in recognition of dedication to making continuous efforts in promoting the family-friendly practices.

E Lighting Group will continue to carry out family-friendly practices and policies to allow employees to perform work and family duties in a balanced manner as well as creating a win-win situation for employers, employees and the community.
